What are your thoughts on this Biden ad? In my opinion Democrats should play this over and over again in swing states. It's by far one of the best campaign ads against an opponent I have ever seen in my 42 years on this planet. Usually appellate courts are focused on making sure lower courts apply the correct standards and less interested in actually applying the standards themselves. Trump's argument deals with several pure questions of law, requiring hypos.
