@Arc_storm2 Strong move is to separate discovery from polish: first find the best moments across the long video, then hire/edit around only those. It saves a ton of editor hours and makes the final shorts better.

Does anyone have any recommendations for Youtube videos editor both long videos and shorts. Looking at possible hiring someone to edit for me
