Made a visual aid for 3s Makoto players to understand how her dashes work. She has a uniquely long forward dash recovery where she cannot engage in any further ground movement, but can cancel into any attack, block, or jump. However, she can perform back dash -> fwd dash buffer

Capcom once dominated the arcade market with its CPS systems. There was the CPS1, famous for Final Fight and Street Fighter II, then CPS2, known for Super Street Fighter II Turbo and Dungeons & Dragons: Shadow over Mystara. After that came CPS3, which powered the Street Fighter III series and the JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure games. What you’re seeing in this video is the CPS3 system running Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike. Unfortunately, CPS3 was very expensive and prone to hardware issues, so despite its advanced capabilities, it never really took off. Because of that, even games like Marvel vs. Capcom were released on CPS2 instead. In the end, CPS3 was left with only five games, making it something of a failed system. Still, thanks to its large storage capacity and powerful hardware, the graphics it delivered are impressive even today.
