so for Arcadex continuous time (365.25 days, no weekend adjustment) pick a risk free proxy and stick with it recalibrate iv surfaces hourly not daily treat it as a first approximation not gospel the math ports over. the market microstructure does not.

IV on sol sits 80-120% annualized. tradfi equities do 15-40%. this isnt just bigger numbers. high vol regimes make the flat boundary approximation in b-s less precise. add in fat tails from liquidation cascades and jump discontinuities and pure diffusion models start to struggle. early exercise logic also changes. no dividends on sol means you only exercise early for rate differentials or deep ITM scenarios. different calculus than equities.
