@arvindpawan1 A possible consideration: I once published an article with a map of India using disputed border symbology. A co-author working in India called in a panic following publication worried that he could be terminated if anyone saw his name on it! Had to be changed.

Awkward question for #EnergyTwitter #GeographyTwitter. If there are multiple versions of the national borders of a country (disputed borders), which one do you use in papers? Border as in:
