At the very end of the final show of Lady Gaga’s tour, she allowed every single member from her band, her crew, and her dancers to walk down the runway for their own individual applause. She then gathered them all at the very top of the stage, turned to look at them all directly, in front of 17,000 people, and told them how important they were to the show and how thankful she is to them. Instead of taking all the glory, she publicly celebrated every band member, dancer, and crew person, proving she’s a kind and generous leader who understands success is a team effort.
