@32watto Nonetheless it's quite obviously a penalty.

The mad thing about this penalty that’s going to be given is that it’s going over the bar 😭 probably 10 yards over 🥹

@gtj1247 You cannot be serious about either of those incidents. Especially the second one, Fatah runs into defender and throws himself. You can't see anything at all in that replay you've put up.

The Global Tablet of Jurisprudence
Dundee United manager Jim Goodwin raging with John Beaton. Aasgaard ran, jumped & elbowed Sevelj on the jaw ('left an elbow on him', Maurice Ross) - no red card. Sterling poleaxed Fattah's chest ridiculous elbow, no penalty. Don't see DU getting anything w/ decisions like these

🚨🗣️ Hans-Wilhelm Müller-Wohlfahrt (Former Bayern Munich team doctor) on his issues with Pep Guardiola that led to his resignation in 2015: "It was April 15th, a terrible day. We had lost the first leg of our Champions League quarter-final against Porto." "Afterwards, in front of the entire team in the dressing room, I was blamed for the defeat. They said we had too many injured players and that I was letting players recover for too long." "That was completely absurd. I refused to accept that. I was outraged by the misjudgment, because top athletes from all over the world come to me because my diagnostics are more precise, the recovery process is often faster than elsewhere, and because my medications have no side effects." "However, the recovery wasn't fast enough for Pep Guardiola. He was apparently used to having the final say on medical matters at Barcelona , but things were different in Munich up to that point." "I always enjoyed the respect and trust of the respective coaches. Dettmar Cramer once described me as "a stroke of luck for German football"." "Udo Lattek often waited until the last minute to announce the lineup and said: "The doctor has the final say"." "Uli Hoeneß, who always stood by me, was in prison at that time. Had he been at the club, the falling out with Guardiola would not have happened, I'm sure of that."

🚨 Douglas Murray DESTROYS BBC Newsnight Presenter Douglas Murray calmly dismantles the BBC on his “less Islam” comment: Nick Watt: “We should have less Islam in this country. Was that a wise phrase?” Murray: “Perfectly wise phrase… This country had a wildly stupid and lax immigration policy for decades.” On the bomber Salman Abedi: “One of the sons they gave this country was Salman Abedi who at 22 killed 22 young girls… one for every year of life this country gave him.” Then the key logic: “Jihadist extremism, jihadism comes from Islam. Therefore, if it’s 1%, 5%, 15% of people of the Muslim faith who follow that version of it, you’ve got a hell of a problem. And the more people, this is simple math, the larger the number of people who are followers of a faith that has not solved the extremism problem in its midst… the more extremism you will have. You don’t get that from the Catholic Church… or the Anglican church.” Murray closes powerfully: “Nobody else is as incredibly slow in learning as the British media and political class when it comes to this problem. Why is it the case that Saturday after Saturday we have thousands of people going through major British cities who support the death cults who would murder Jews and the rest of us next? That’s a question you and Newsnight should answer.” Countries with less Islam have less Islamic terrorism. Straight talk the BBC clearly struggles with.

"I made a speech about choosing sides in life between those who resist repression and those who do the repressing. I refuse to accept the false narrative of the powerful in society who always cast those fighting for freedom and basic human rights as terrorists.
McJagger 𝕏@McJagger_X

Love him or loathe him... If you know right from wrong and can recognise an injustice when you see one, you canny argue with what @citizentommy is saying here. The common denominator with the two causes referenced here are the 'British'... The original evil suppressors.

This man is a terrorist. He was Al Qaeda. Now, as president of the failed state Syria, he’s known to have committed crimes against his own people. ⁦@Keir_Starmer⁩ warmly welcomes him into No. 10. Our Prime Minister is anti-British.

Bar 67 - Lanzarote
Bar 67 - Lanzarote@67Lanzarote·
Right folks, a bit of news from us. After a lot of thinking, we’ve made the decision to sell Bar 67. Running a bar like this takes a serious amount of time and energy, and to be honest, it’s been non stop. We’ve loved every minute of it, but we’ve decided it’s time to slow things down a bit and go for an easier life. We’ve agreed a deal with new owners, and as part of that, the bar will be changing direction and becoming The British Pub, Rock music, new drinks, a completely different setup. We just want to say a massive thanks to everyone who’s supported us over the last couple of years. It genuinely means a lot and we’ve met some unbelievable people along the way. We’ll be shutting this page down soon, so make sure you’re following us over on The Auld Triangle Bar & Restaurant - Lanzarote to keep up to date with everything going forward. More details to follow over the coming days.. David

Incredibly, 30 years ago today, he put the ball in the netty. The stadium wasn't even completed but still the loudest reaction I ever witnessed to a Celtic goal. 💚

I could point you towards two communications from Dermot Desmond - one after Rodgers’ departure and one at the AGM - that have spread far more discontent than any podcast ever has.

@PaulJohnDykes Might have had a chance if you and your ilk hadn’t spread so much discontent. Shame on the lot of you
