This is Nairobi's Shauri Moyo Affordable Housing Project. Following an order from H.E. President William Samoei Ruto in March 2026, it will be renamed Johana Ng'eno Boma Yangu Estate in honour of the late Hon. Johana Ng'eno, the former Emurua Dikirr MP and Chairperson of the National Assembly Departmental Committee on Housing, Urban Planning, and Public Works. There are 1,848 dwelling units in Phase A, which are divided into 12 blocks of 14 stories each. Currently under construction, the Shauri Moyo B development will provide 4,566 mixed-use residential units aimed at a variety of socioeconomic strata. According to PS Raymond Omollo.
