She’s broke with a 750k subscriber channel. She fell for the scam and now she’s stressed, and full of regret. A lot of YouTubers are not building real businesses . They are building prisons with thumbnails. She spent 6 years doing what everyone tells creators to do: just keep increasing quality, grow subscribers, build the brand, trust that the money will come later. Now she’s realizing the audience she built can’t support the life she wants, sponsors don’t value the demo enough, and the “success” everyone applauds doesn’t actually pay like success. That’s the scam. A big branded channel can make you look like you’ve won while quietly making you miserable and financially stuck. Subscribers are not a business. “High quality content bro” is not a business. Luckily she’s woken up and has decided to leave the 750k channel that every one was telling her to keep desperately holding on to. Now she’s actually building a business that will support her and her husband. Unfortunately, she doesn’t know about YTA which would get her out of her rut in less than 30 days. Don’t fall for the scam.

Continueing the hobby (I spent 5k)

Here is a short storytime I remembered today that 4 years ago I was trolling some YouTuber who was having a meltdown in his latest video because of abortion rights becoming illegal in some states (wade v roe). The video basically came down to "everyone who doesn't agree with me is bad" which was as close minded as Americans can get. Anyway, fast forward a bit and I noticed he was publicly shaming one of his viewers who wrote a very normal comment that he can't support someone who has such an aggressive close minded look at the matter. The kid can't defend himself from a bigger Youtuber So naturally it was time to throw oil on the fire of the manchild. I went for the ultimate rage baiter, "you're clearly vaccinated". Indeed it worked perfectly, he quote retweeted it, threw some more insults and hit me with the "good luck with your channel bro". The most humble response he could give. He must've seen I had a channel with 2K subscribers back then through my twitter bio. Anyway now a couple years later (One of his old videos suddenly got recommended to me as I used to watch him vigorously) it is time for the crème de la crème. Not only do I almost triple his subcount among my channels, but his channel is essentially dying with 450K subs, and averaging 30K views per video. I don't care about the politics thing, what matters to me is that just because you got a following and a political view on a public platform, that doesn't mean you can bully and harass your fans just because they disagree with you. Yes I was bored today 😂 Thanks for listening to my ted-talk
