Sad to say I ran over the family dog this morning pulling out of my driveway on my way to get kolaches. Now, instead of doing my crosswords I will be tasked with driving all over this wretched city trying to find a mirror image of Scout before the grandkids get home from school.

Reggie Miller to Chet after a hard foul: “Welcome to the Conference Finals young fella” Sir, he is an NBA champion and you are not.

is calling SGA "a flopper" fair? i say no. "are you exaggerating a legitimate foul or are you exaggerating a phantom call? there's a difference and one is simply the art of manipulation ... and that's basketball." a spicy debate between myself & @bradbotkincbs on @CBSSports.

@HPbasketball I will, I’m not responsible for completely biased and heinous Tweets. Your feed has been embarrassing today. Reads like a middle schooler is heartbroken that his favorite team isn’t good enough. Come on brother lol

@BMuscala @ThunderHusky17 Huh? He had a career year and established himself as a top defender in the NBA. Will literally make an All-NBA team. Deserves every penny of his contract. What in the world are you talking about

@NateDuncanNBA Never forget he opted to leave the Thunder because they were a “sinking ship” He is the worse high leverage rotational player we’ve seen across the entire playoffs so far

Jerami Grant not in a stance, no rotation to the obvious pass to the corner. Keldon hits a huge 3.

Cody Campbell IS what he claims to fight. A billionaire, running a collective, creating a false market by overpaying players over their value, and spending millions to insert himself as a leader in the argument. He literally only has a voice because of his bank account size. "We the People." The irony is fantastic. You can't make this stuff up anymore.

College Sports are a great American institution, and they belong to all of us: We the People. Please read and share my op-ed in @USATODAY usatoday.com/story/sports/n…

@ChildersRadio Come on Chris. He and all those like him are forced to play the collective game. That doesn't mean he likes it and is prevented from seeing it's not sustainable. He's playing the long game while dealing with today's reality.

The Dallas Mavericks are reportedly looking at names like Sam Presti and Brad Stevens to run the team, per @SIChrisMannix “I’m told that Patrick Dumont, the team’s governor, is aiming high. Among the names on Dumont’s wish list, per league sources: Oklahoma City executive vice president and general manager Sam Presti, Minnesota president of basketball operations Tim Connelly and Boston president Brad Stevens. Cleveland top exec Koby Altman’s name is also in the mix, a source said.” (Via si.com/nba/chris-mann…)
