It’s my birthday, so I get to choose the evening I desire…. which happens to be fish & chips for supper with champagne, and then rewatching The Goodbye Girl. Perfectamundo.

@JaneStRetCP @richardosefton I agree. My MP was re-elected. I didn’t vote for her (mainly because I don’t support her party) but she is always very good about responding promptly to all her constituents, as an MP should be.

#Reform came second in 103 seats, 93 of which were #Labour winners. What does this tell us? It tells us that they lost in at least 103 seats. That’s it. Under our current system that’s ALL it tells us. If you were going to vote for Reform then you would have done so a few days ago. The reform voters were probably the most exercised of all voters. Imo that 15% is their ceiling. Deep down we are NOT a racist nation, we are a caring one and I’ll fight for it to stay that way. YOU ARE NOT THE SILENT MAJORITY. AS THOUGHT, YOU ARE THE LOUD MINORITY. 75% of the electorate are NOT Reform voters. And that’s with a low (60%) turn out too. If it had been 100 percent I very much doubt that reform vote would grow, meaning their vote share would be much, much lower.

Fuming with @Apple Just been to Apple Store Southampton. Less than 1 month after having bought a new laptop battery for approximately £160 the logic board on the computer has gone. No refund. Surely that would have been picked up at the last diagnostic.
