@MrlycettPE @The_EverLearner I agree here that its complex and more closed then open. We see the final product in most cases and forget that the the amount or work gone into elite performers producing what looks simple but in most cases is very complex. Would love to know what skill you class as complex

@The_EverLearner Complex and open. Based on complexity theory. Many factors influence the input and execution of the serve. Also taking into account all senses not just the visual and mechanical stimulus.

Beautiful afternoon for our U13’s girls tennis team away at KEHS today!

A great evening of cricket for the Year 8s vs Solihull School. 2 very good bowling diaplays from both teams with Arden coming out on top with 84/8 vs 40 all out win. Lovely setting at Solihull and match played in excellent spirits 👍👌

Dawud and Yusuf with their amazing silver medals at a National Taekwondo competition! What an incredible achievement for the two brothers! Very proud of their achievements!

The girls rowing team are in full swing at Langley school! Year 7/8 have already competed and Year 9/10 are up shortly!

The Year 9 boys football team are currently 2-1 up against Arrow Vale School after the first half! Some cracking play so far in the first half.

A lovely morning for running club - we have ventured out onto the back field this morning to mix it up a bit!

Glow in the dark club for Year 7s is in full swing! Thanks to our Year 10 sports leaders for running this excellent club! For any new Year 7 students please feel free to come along next week - every Wednesday at 3.40-4.30!
