@returntochibi Which means its likely he mirrors the person who have him safety i.e, Vein, since that is his only recognition of a security measure which leads to him wanting connection with Vein and doing it for his sake instead of himself due to his fawning response.

@returntochibi In the Maslow five stages, you can see from his flashbacks that he has problems in the lower stages. Which means he actually has not gone through a complete self actualization. He exhibits his personality through his safety and social needs instead.

@returntochibi @Crescenttoka No, rather than his achievements. He wants to feel superior since he's been ridiculed all his life. So he wants to be seen as a higher being. That way no one has the power over him. Hes been chasing that superiority that he believes that hes the only one that could help people

@returntochibi @Crescenttoka Yes!!! Its why I specify that despite knowing things, he has trouble understanding their pain imo. He doesnt know the grief of guilt and regret

@returntochibi Yep! Like he's playing an elaborate game, is what he would call it. Using people with a drop of a hat since its fun for him. He also leads people along as well. Also showing no remorse as well

@Crescenttoka @returntochibi While he might be using it to deceive others, first he needs to believe whats wrong and right. He believes these words that leads up to anger and anguish to be the solution imo. Which was why i said he is self deceptive. He truly believes hes helping even when they're in pain

@Crescenttoka @returntochibi Its suffice to say, he has no emotional attachment imo. He never shown care. The words he says are also words he wished to hear when hes down, which are what he used for others. Words that pool up resentment, pain, torment.

@returntochibi If its emotional detachment its a bit hard because every time hes on screen he shows no shock or emotions for grief. Like eg, during the movie scene, there was a shot of someone bleeding profusely but he looked like he didn't care. And at the news of his brothers death too.
