@cj_garrett @blueyorkie They’ve already paid millions to UEFA for cheating and would have been punished more if the charges weren’t time barred. Does that not indicate something?

@blueyorkie Yet… Thought they’d been charged?! Regardless it needs dealing with one way or the other.

It is time for football to deal with Man City & their financial irregularities. It’s been going on for years, and you can never respect anything they win until it’s dealt with, years of bending rules / “cheating” whilst other teams get points deductions.

@1968Tv The Brazil WC 1982 team is the reason I got into football - a joy to watch, and they would have beaten Italy nine times out of ten!

@Aremsi77 @_X_db_X_ @TheLawyerCSmith Don’t forget the “irrefutable evidence” they have, that they just kept a secret while they obfuscated for years, sounds like the actions of a guilty party to me

In what must be a growing nightmare for the whole PL, we still don't know the 115 result–and there's now the very awkward possibility of Man City being crowned champs at the same time as it's found guilty of serious rule breaches. So what COULD be going on?thelawyer.com/where-is-the-m…

@_X_db_X_ @TheLawyerCSmith Funny, you already paid millions to UEFA for not cooperating, it’s either all a conspiracy or you might have to face the fact that you’ve cooked the books.

@Aremsi77 @TheLawyerCSmith Not coöpoerting is about 33 of the 115 charges. We won’t ’get off’ with those, but why would we coöperate with an organisation we don’t trust and have taken to court ourselves? Plus, coöperating would in a way be an admission of guilt but we are fighting their allegations.

@TheLawyerCSmith There’s also a very awkward possibility that all you idiots who are convinced we’re guilty and never shut up about it, are going to be shown up as we may be found not guilty.

This infuriates me. No true football fan should be laughing at Man City empty seats. Not many people can afford three trips to Wembley in seven weeks. Those who don’t understand that need to have a long hard look at themselves. #MCFC inews.co.uk/sport/football…

@9320pod @KieranMaguire that's not actually why they were created, though. Also, English and European football actually used to have more regulatory controls to prevent concentration of wealth. I have literally done a book on this.

Palace's win an inevitable aberration, then. Can't be denied that Southampton-Leeds United would have been quite an event with so much meaning to it Instead the final again between two of football's modern powers, one that was recently punished for breaching Premier League rules, the other still the subject of an investigation that now stretches back over seven years - the club insist on their innocence.

@TeleFootball @SamWallaceTel The only reason he’d go is because he knows the game is up and the charges will stick as they’ve been cheating all along. He’s only had one CL in 10 seasons, you’d think he’d like to improve on that as this as the reason he was brought in.

@TelegraphDucker The only embarrassing thing is how the 115 plus charges are being allowed to drag on due to Manchester City lawyers gumming up the process and the lack of mention or scrutiny in the media. They’re not a big club and the books have cooked, it’s obvious.

It’s not embarrassing. They’ve been to Wembley something like 33 times since Guardiola took over. Their fan base is predominantly a working class Manchester demographic. They don’t have endless pots of gold in their bank accounts. The issue is semi finals being played at Wembley
South Stand Pies@SouthStandPies

The most successful team in England in the last ten years and there were 10,000 empty Man City seats at Wembley. And that’s after they gave some to Southampton! Embarrassing. #MNCSOT

@henrywinter You need to read the room, Henry. No one respects their so called “achievements” because it’s obviously been done by cheating. The media have clearly been told to not refer to it while the lawyers are gumming it up, but you can’t fool all of the people all of the time.

Manchester City for the domestic Treble? It comes along once in a Blue Moon. Such as City 2018/2019. But Arsenal not going quietly in the Premier League, still fighting, Saka back, back top. Leeds/Chelsea will be tough in the FA Cup final. #FACup #MCISOU

Clueless citeh115 fans claiming they're the first team to get to 4 cup finals in a row shows you the level of ignorance in their fanbase. It's comical too that they don't even know that their oil money team only went there twice in 40 years before 2008. So, what changed?
