@ODEONCinemas Trust me I've paid for months where I haven't even walked a mile close to one of your cinemas. But this is ridiculous. The live chat is utterly unhelpful to cancel and I manage to get it done finally and I still have to pay? For what?

GWR cancels at least two of my trains a week. I spent 977 pounds in the past month getting to work. Half of them on a second train with 1 or more changes reaching back at 1:30am instead of 12. No compensation all we get is a sorry for any inconvenience caused to your travel.
