@xaeranz Just genuinely asking. Where do you suggest they go then? Sea sanctuary’s aren’t proven to improve cetacean welfare. SeaWorld is AZA accredited which is the hardest accredition for zoos and aquariums. Past SeaWorld was abuse. Have you looked into current day

@Ari_Draws_orcas if you love orcas you should know that exploiting them in a theme park with loud music and little to no stimulation in the past is in fact animal abuse. i encourage you to do your research as if you truly love these animals you need to understand seaworld is not guiltless.

@puppykechi I think it’s still important to criticize SeaWorld. But in terms of animal welfare SeaWorld is the gold standard for orca care. AZA is one of the hardest accreditions for zoos and aquariums to earn.
