I am perfect in all regards; I just make mistakes so nobody gets suspicious. If you think one of my tweets is bad, rest assured that it was expertly calculated to throw you off track and most definitely not me posting a bad joke.

@MidnightRose838 Could you clarify that you mean by "being compassionate is a truer form of following Jesus than written/spoken beliefs"? Jesus's teachings, including those on compassion, were spoken beliefs, then written in the Bible, so I'm a little confused by the distinction you're drawing.

@ArielRuthanne - without farther explanation when I took down the post they asked me to, but said that wasn't what I intended. A while back, another post of mine had been taken down where I said I thought being compassionate is a truer form of following Jesus than written or spoken beliefs,-

This is answer is from one who's deeply drawn to the story of Jesus, who believes in the unconditional compassion he showed, who's understanding of love is shaped by his sacrifice, yet who's is outcast from every Christian group they've even been part.

I hate mixing power so directly with religion, so I'd be fine with the character seeing themselves as (calling themselves) a Cleric of Jesus Christ, but for it to actually be a class would be offensive to me. It would feel cheap, like praying for worldly success. 1/2

@MidnightRose838 Ah, you've mentioned that before on Twitter. I've seen some of your writing, and I could see how out of context, it might make people concerned. But I also haven't seen anything that actually is romantic, and I think your intentions clarify it's not suggestive in context.

People don't seem to understand that "Chekhov's gun" is a metaphor. A gun doesn't literally have to go off in act 3. He's just saying that all plays should have guns in them

@HistoryVareck Tbh, it was the pacing of dramatic moments that didn't quite fit. Those parts felt rushed. Overall, it didn't feel that bad. It was just specific emotional moments. And yeah, maybe just learning, but it still made me cringe lmao "I'm a learnasorus. I learn things" killed me

When comes to pacing I think Ross wanted to get, what I'm assuming will be the main 4 together and with the dino and dolphin being "legacy characters" from his original rough attempt at making this show finishing the pilot with both of them in the group was a priority. When it comes the dino's speech about "nothing is ever your fault" I chalk it up to the character still learning but yeah it's not the best way to go about it

“It’s ableist to expect writers to write.” “Academics can’t read papers.” “How can a student possibly write a short essay?” You guys are slowly talking yourselves out of doing ANYTHING. It’s shameful how we now avoid any sort of intellectual effort. This is how brains die.

“Academics shouldn’t have to read the sources they cite” just the latest entry in the overwhelming theme of American life today: no one should ever have to do anything and nothing can be expected of them.

@MarcieAnde59695 @MikeWingerii Like, save this outrage for the trad redpill guys. They are the actual cancer who will hurt women and drive them away from the church. But they are a completely different group from people like Mike.

@MarcieAnde59695 @MikeWingerii Girl, I'm egalitarian, but this is an insane reply. Nobody is claiming the things you're saying. He's just saying he doesn't think the Bible supports women as church leaders. I disagree, but I've watched most of Mike's video on this, and he's not hating on women at all.

@AuthorSquared64 I actually did have the thought that it may be worth investing in a physical dictionary. The dictionary websites still work and are much faster, but idk if I trust them to work the way they currently do either.
