If I could give someone in their 20s one piece of advice, it would be this: Optimize for learning before earning. Don't rush to impress people who may not even be part of your life in a few years. Instead, invest in skills, your character, your communication, and meaningful relationships. Those are the things that compound long after trends, titles, and validation fade. I've also learned that opportunities don't always go to the most talented person. They often go to the person who can clearly communicate their value and consistently show up. Your first job doesn't have to define your career, but your willingness to keep learning will. Become someone who is difficult to ignore, not because you're chasing attention, but because you've spent years becoming genuinely valuable.

An advice for someone in their 20s?

I don't think most people are afraid of failing. I think they're afraid of failing publicly. Trying something and watching people see it doesn't work. Starting over after announcing you're excited. Changing your mind after sounding so sure. There's a quiet pressure to look like you've always known what you were doing. But when you pay attention, almost everyone you admire has reinvented themselves at some point. Different career. Different city. Different dream. Different version of themselves. The difference is they gave themselves permission to evolve. Maybe growth isn't becoming the person you planned to be five years ago. Maybe it's having the courage to become the person who makes sense for the life you're living today.

Earlier today while discussing about building a business on the Internet today with a LinkedIner, He asked me a question, "What's one decision that changed your journey online" I replied without hesitation and said "Starting without feeling ready" Now, it sounds basic, but it's not. Many wait to feel ready and readiness will turn to procrastination, Waiting for the perfect website, profile, offer on time. No one become successful & build a great business by waiting to feel ready. It's either now or never, later doesn't exist!.

Society is so doomed that if a girl gets diagnosed with PCOS, the first concern is how will she conceive or become a mom rather than worrying about the fact that she is at a high risk of endometriosis, ovarian cancer, and cardiovascular diseases.

@talk2veee 😂 There's something comforting about knowing you don't have to start thinking about groceries every other day. Bulk shopping starts making sense very quickly once you experience the peace of saying, "We already have it at home." There's really no going back after that.

My husband was team buy small food stuff & cook immediately. He didnt like seeing excess food cos it felt like “waste” I’ve always been “stockup food in bulk & use gradually”. He didn’t mind going to a mall/supermarkets everyday (he hates proper markets). Guess who ordered 20tubers of Benue yam & had it delivered?😆😆 Guess who is asking when next we should older the next bag of rice? Guess who looks away when he sees people helping me to carry big sack of tomatoes/pepper to fill up freezer?😆 He walks to take what he needs & smiles when he sees food everywhere.

Everyone talks about automation. Far fewer people talk about standardisation. But here's the thing... You can't automate chaos. Imagine two people doing the same task in completely different ways. One updates the CRM immediately. The other waits until Friday. One uses the correct naming convention. The other types whatever comes to mind. One logs every customer interaction. The other keeps notes in a notebook. Now imagine trying to automate that process. Where do you even start? This is why mature teams standardise before they automate. They agree on: • The steps • The owners • The expectations • The definitions Only then does automation make sense. I've realised that many "automation problems" aren't automation problems at all. They're standardisation problems. Technology amplifies whatever process already exists. If the process is good, automation makes it faster. If the process is broken, automation just helps you make mistakes more efficiently. Sometimes the best improvement isn't a new tool. It's getting everyone to do the basics the same way. Have you ever seen automation make a bad process even worse?

The way Nigeria is going now ehn.. Maybe you just need to buy land in a rural area if that what you can afford. With the way the price of building materials a is going up.. Building a house is becoming luxury even for the middle class. We are going to be having people binding small houses like two to three bedroom bungalows instead of the big spacious houses they want. The goal is to have a roof over your head especially with the way rent is increasing. May God see us through..
