Hands ahead of the ball and feel like it’s the body doing all the work. No hands no wrist. -Don’t worry about getting it super close. Focus on good contact. (For good contact hands have to stay ahead and head to stay tall)

Regina folks, if you can possibly stay home today, just stay home. It's an absolute disaster out there. In 20 minutes, I saw 2 folks turn fast and pile it into a median, a truck just look both ways and drive through a red light 5 seconds after it turned, and an old guy wandering through a parking lot threatening folks with his cane. Everyone done lost their minds.
