I sent 2 clips of Tinubu and 2 of the best Obi clips to one of my white friends in the US and 2 of our Asian friends in Shenzhen. I asked them to tell me who they think is smart. Guess what, they all think the Obi clip is doctored, they said no one can be that unintelligent.

I have said this before and will say it again: He has a point. I recall in psychology 101, we were taught concepts such as conditioning and behavioural reinforcement. Behavioural reinforcement refers to consequences that increase the propensity of a person's future behaviour in the presence of a stimulus. Food is a reinforcer for a child who is not keen on learning. It can be a form of reward system. In the context of a romantic relationship, money can be a reinforcer. (More money, more sex). In employer/employee relationship, bonus is a reinforcer for optimal performance. If we listen to the entire speech, we may have a fair contextual impression of what he is saying.

Fun fact: If Peter Obi makes sense to you, Tinubu will never make sense to you. If Tinubu makes sense to you, Peter Obi cannot make sense to you. These gentlemen operate on totally different IQ levels. If after watching Tinubu's outing yesterday, you still find it hard to understand him and you are clapping for "Mr I will run for a single term to bring stability", it speaks more about your IQ than anything else.

Nigeria will continue to work with Rwanda and other African partners to build a continent that produces more, trades more, connects better, and competes with greater confidence in the world.
