I'm one of the "extremist" settlers featured on the film. I'm shocked that you even take the film at face value. If you were to see the entire 3 plus hours I gave him, you would see the duplicitous manipulation of the editing to create this propaganda piece. My greatest regret was that I didn't make my own recording to expose him as the snake that he is. That being said - I am an extremist. I have extreme love for Israel a d the Jewish people. And while it may feel comfy and virtuous to throw the "extremist settler problem" under the bus, if you only realized the degree that we are keeping YOU safe by fighting the Jihad on the front lines, you would be thanking us. But we aren't doing it for your thanks. But because it's the right thing to do.

What is the deep truth behind Louis Theroux's new BBC documentary? The extreme views espoused by a handful of settlers are far less popular among Jews than the "liberal" side of the Arab spectrum—the minority that is willing to condemn the October 7 attacks. Views far more extreme are not just a minority view on the Arab side, but are actually the mainstream. Not only is support for massacring Jews not a fringe view in the West Bank or Gaza (or in large parts of the Muslim world), but it is the default position, and it is clearly a far more extreme position than anything seen in this show. And the BBC wouldn't have to fly out a crew to Israel to find them, since there are certainly more fans of the genocide of the Jews in Britain than there are extremist settlers in the Judean Hills. But that is the game, it's all about framing a narrative: Focus on extreme Jews, ignore extreme Arabs. Ignore Arab attacks, focus on Jewish response. With their audience thus primed, they know how to contextualize current events: those extremist Jews had it coming. That is the goal of the "narrative", even if the producers and Theroux don't realize it themselves. Quite evil, really. Happily, the views that antisemites hold about Jews don't matter nearly as much as they used to. So they can continue to seethe, Jews have guns now.
