Through their new program, employees injured at work now have access to a 24-hour nurse triage service, as well being able to process workers’ compensation through payroll, skipping the delays and potential for lost or stolen paper checks.

The Arizona Department of Administration’s Risk Management Division was one of three winners of the 2025 Workers’ Comp Risk Management Award for Excellence during the Workers’ Compensation Institute’s conference in August.

Governor Hobbs visited the 911 Dispatch Center at the Chandler Police Department to celebrate the release of the Next Generation 911 System. During the visit, she engaged in the briefing on the system from the ADOA project team and was able to listen in on calls coming in live.
