@ActusDei This is a problem for banks only. Banks want to enroll user for very high interest product. If borrower is paying timely then why are Banks concerned.

Credit Card jugaad is common in India. How's how it works: Let's say a phone has an offer on your #creditcard but not mine. So I buy it with your card and reimburse you. Among friends and family, not a big issue. But some people do it at industrial scale - renting cards to strangers. This triggers 2 problems. First, banks tend to cancel cards with such patterns. Confused on Gold. With US Yields rising so much, Holding Gold provides a negative Carry. At the same time, lots of Central Banks are BUYING hard Gold. So the demand is REAL. Is this correction Done or do we come back to 1779 levels ? Happy to hear thoughts

@anthonysteinerv @ddoomen Well, it could be optional feature, like nullable refrence type. If someone needs it, they can enable it. There might be scenarios where this can be helpful. It least it will make developer aware that what all things can go wrong.

@jost0101 I use FirstOrDefualt() If I need uniqueness, i creat unique constraint/index. Having unique index will lead to better performance + guard against multiple occurence
