I should include the investigating officers too.
When a case was filed against me, despite being false, despite my husband being a senior bureaucrat, I shut my mouth and appeared in front of the investigating officer when called!
I did not run away. Though they carried a botched investigation, I did not once think of subverting the law.
I hired a lawyer, prayed to Maa as Dharmasvarooponi and kept quiet. Came out of it!
There is something called Rule of Law in the country.
I wanted to fight back but I decided to first focus on exoneration and then take legal measures.
Now I realise I don’t even need legal
Measures as karma is going to seal it soon and i see it coming as an astrologer!

@ArkSridhar I filed a quash petition in the high court.
The evidence was false. They have filed some crazy things saying there is vedio evidence while the vedios submitted were empty.
I got a dignified quash!
Maybe I should write everything here out!

The girl is a minor! Minors don’t have brains to take these decisions!
The parents might have questionable intentions.
But the girl can’t be blamed!
His audios were released. Weren’t they of him? I might be wrong in the assumption angle just like you.
But the guy has a past history of abuse.
Keeping everything aside, why isn’t Rule of law being followed? That is my biggest question!
Are police so dumb that they register cases how ever they wish? Yes! They are! They did to me! Filing FIR’s without even listening to the second side.
So when extortion could be filed without even understanding the minor sexual abuse angle? Why isn’t the same utsaaham being shown in arresting him in POCSO?

@Priya_Kruthi there are grounds to question her being a minor.
so cant assume so.
just as you have an experience with false FIR`s, this too might be one such case.
it is possible that there is a prima facie evidence that she is not a minor and hence the delay.
Lot of unanswered questions
