The Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario has initiated their process. Mediation with TDSB did not succeed. The case is now queued for hearing.

Till date TDSB didn't release the investigation report, didn't issue a public message for Arka as they promised to his mother. That shows they DO NOT want to admit their fault or correct their mistakes. They just want to brush everything under the rug to maintain the status quo.

TDSB investigation by ext investigator complete. Findings and recos discussed with Arka's mom in presence of director, superintendent. A few critical facts missing in findings. A few key points not addressed in recos. Arka's mom requested TDSB to share a public copy.

Ford govt will never want a child advocate for obvious reasons. They don't care for children. Period. Arka's family could have got a platform to fight, had there been a child advocate in Ontario.

Arka's mom sent 3 letters to Ford govt ministers. No response. No commitment. No timeline. Police did not update their report. School board will decide if they want to share investigation report with coroner. System is designed to protect white privilege.

TDSB appointed a human rights lawyer of Indian origin to conduct external and independent investigation on Arka's case. The confidential report will be submitted to TDSB. It will not be shared with Arka's mother. TDSB might inform her if they decide to take any action.

@ThatGurlDree This is not the note I found that night. This note I got when police returned my son's notebook. They had no evidence that my son took the Nintendo. They couldn't make him say he took it till he was alive. So this note was fabricated to defame him.
