Thank you for all the love and care you have shown my brothers. I didn’t even realise how special they are. I’ll just be walking with them and cracking jokes with them, not even knowing God kept me in the presence of great men. 100% it’s tough for me, but I know it’s even tougher for their parents ❤️ I have a strong mind, and I believe God knows their hearts. Alexandre Pantoja's coach has provided an update on his injury: "Nothing happened to his shoulder, it was his elbow that dislocated. Pantoja is a very tough guy, he's already doing strengthening exercises and getting back to it little by little. On the ground, he tried to put his elbow back in place to continue fighting, without expressing pain so that the referee wouldn't stop it. Inside the cage, Pantoja himself put his elbow back in place, but it was very unstable. We didn't know if it would move again, so we left holding onto that arm. We did an X-ray and an MRI, and no fracture was found, The MRI results haven't come back yet; in the next few days we'll know if surgery will be needed due to a tendon or ligament injury. From what we know, he should be back by the end of May or in June!"

@ChampRDS Not when the champion is dominant like Merab was as champ. Not only that, his style and methods as well as defending 4-5 times in a year is actually fucking torture on the body. Imagine if he can recover and adjust properly.

@Home_of_Fight A fresh, better rested and recovered Merab who can see the jabs and make the right adjustments in his striking will beat Yan next time. Yan looked great though and was extra crisp with his strikes and showed amazing IQ. Conditioning improved too, but more energy conservation imo
