Extended -> Best team / strong treasury (13-15m) and plan to buyback at TGE | 30% initial float only for airdrop so we need more TVL / Fees and mindshare for the upcoming 3 months s2
Variational -> Can because model is interesting and actually useful (x50 on everything) but team is so slow it’s kind of crazy considering they raised 8 figs they should have money to hire and DO SOMETHING

Funny how in January the market priced Paradex at a $250M FDV and Backpack at $850M.
Reality check:
$DIME (Paradex) ≈ 1/10 of expectations ($28M FDV).
$BP ≈ 1/4 of expectations ($198M FDV).
Hard to be bullish on perp DEX “farming” after this. Feels like devs just farmed fees from users sidelined by the Hyperliquid airdrop 👀.
My bet: Paradex pivots to a new narrative soon, and Backpack quietly drops the US IPO story (because with these metrics it’s just laughable).

Farming potentiel and token price action potential are not often related !
For me S tier farm are Extended and then Variational and more long term Trade but I doesn’t put it first because I think there is a possibility that they never airdrop or only in few years

Extended is the next binance on chain great product and team ethos and it will be community owned with low VC funding so probably a great tokenomics + many features to come + good timing for TGE
Variational is a one of the kind perp with a PMF : can list any shitcoin with 50x leverage quite fast
Nado token will be probably INK the L2 of kraken powered by native app and the decentralize product of Kraken (valuation 25B) + xStocks supercycle soon
Maybe they will not reach 500m but comparing any of them with grift like paradex / backpack / grvt / reya and co is not relevant imo

You know why I always say Lighter team executes faster and better than other DEX teams.
Like recently they have already done around $8.2M $LIT buybacks. Tbh they are doing it incredibly fast asf. And the best thing is they are purchasing $200K+ of $LIT daily on average.
And I think when Lighter season finally comes, by that time almost 200M $LIT will be out of circulation, where some will be in LLP and some in buybacks, so there will be huge demand for it. And I’m noticing that the Lighter team also seems to be trying to do the same thing.
And the revenue Lighter generated before TGE was around $40M, so if they buy back 70–80% of that revenue, bro Lighter will straight up boom. And I think this is the best time for buybacks for the Lighter team, I hope they will do that.
Lighter has done around 1.6% $LIT buyback in the last 30 days, while Hyperliquid has only done about 0.6% of $HYPE market cap as buyback. So in terms of price there is still a huge gap, but in terms of determination Lighter is going great fr.
And I’m praying that if any top DEX like Variational, EdgeX, or Extended has an unsuccessful TGE, then bro nothing will be able to stop Lighter from capturing the entire market share, because Lighter’s tech and products are just like that.
