The prints came out awesome! BUT there were so many problems with the fingers and wrists. So I'm gonna go with my chunkier version from now on.

Trying to get back into sculpting. Nomad has changed a lot since i last used it. Though the flat woods monster isn’t my favorite cryptid, it certainly is a fun one to play around with. It’s also fun to model for the sake of art, and not having to worry about if it can mold later

I'm heart will always ache at the loss of my Scrambles. She got me though some really difficult times. But I'm so happy we could have brought Souffle into our lives and given her the best possible life for her special needs.

Introducing Souffle! She has a birth defect likely from getting stuck to her egg shell during formation. She and Quiche are best friends now. They are the sweetest together. Sou has balance issues and so Quiche will stand next to her so she can lean on her.

I also have even worse news than us losing our house. My dear, sweet chicken Scrambles died suddenly in october. We think it was what is called "sudden chicken death syndrome". She was about 2 1/2 years old. I had her cremated. This was the last photo I took of her

We are in our new rental and everything is working out so far. I got news from the city a week or so ago that they will be buying our property from us at value before the storm hit! We aren’t going to have to go into bankruptcy after all!

I’m so glad i kept pushing the issue. Because i think if i had not asked the right questions, they would have just let us wallow in our pain. They owed us so much more than just our home being bought, but at this point Ive settled. We couldn’t afford to fight them.

Another update!!! The city has bought our old house at the value it was appraised at last year. I didn’t think much of it, that maybe it was because they cared…haha!!! So just the day before they called to tell me that they were going to buy it, I had emailed them, -
