8 days into my fast. First 3 days: no food The following 5 days have only been one small meal of strictly proteins/fats. Still getting virtually no cravings for carbs or sugar/glucose whatsoever. Almost to the point where if I introduced carbs or glucose I feel like my body could reject it. Dropped about 5 kgs. I'm sitting at around 83-85 kgs. I'm going to aim to roughly end the fast once I get down to around 80 kgs. Needed this fast so badly. I'm thankful I'm very healthy so I can do these kinds of fasts. If you live on trash food and stuffing your face 3 times a day, you probably need to focus on bettering your diet first before doing any serious fasts.

Dear PulseChain, When you're invested in a protocol that advertises a "flywheel," that means they rotate profits from said protocol back into the token or the protocol itself. When the founder announces they are about to launch phase 1 of said protocol, and the OA starts pumping the chart (i.e. starts rotating profits in, like they said they would do and have been doing for over a year), it's probably not very smart to dump your tokens when they're in the middle of doing it.
