BREAKING: President Trump plans to rename America’s tallest Mountain, Mount Denali back to Mount McKinley, undoing the name change by President Obama in 2015. Awesome. 🔥🔥

While our current farming practices generate a lot of food, they also kill a lot of food. Specifically we trade high quality protein for low quality carbs. In short, nitrogen and phosphorus runoff from agricultural land ends up in the Gulf of Mexico, creating algae blooms, which use up all the oxygen, resulting in hypoxic waters resulting in the mass death of fish/coral/etc. This unfortunately is the case from nearly every major river in the world. Beyond food, this also wrecks havoc on ecosystems, and both our local and global environment. We need to scale up sea based aquaculture to provide more high quality food, while reducing dependance on land based agriculture and harvesting wild seafood.

Would rather: 1. Spend $2m on an empty piece of waterfront dirt 2. Spend $2m on a 20 unit floating resort Building on the water is FAR cheaper than building on land, and has no risk of delay due to regulation and permitting

How can network states build the floating cities of the future? Some have enough people, who have enough money. The technology is available to build this now. Take for example the roughly $5b it would cost to build a 20,000 person floating city in international waters. That’s only $250,000 each, and there would be plenty of smaller investment opportunities. How does this become a reality though?

Building floating countries out in the ocean misses the point: that the notion of countries will become obsolete. They served their purpose for a time, but have little use in a future of abundance. When anyone can create more land, there is no value in controlling existing land.

Where can you put your #Coquina houseboat? The short answer: Anywhere a boat can go!... The detailed answer...: 1: Marina Since our Coquina's are legally boats and a Coast Guard certified vessel, you will be able to dock your houseboat at many marinas 2: Personal Dock Pull your Coquina up to your own dock, just as you would a boat! Use it as an extension of your house, gym, office, guest room, in-law suite, or rental 3: Anchored in Open Water As with boats, you can anchor your Coquina in open water areas. Research the area you are staying in, as each state and city have different time limits and regulations. 4: Bayou Bayous are a beautiful area to boat and an even more beautiful area to live! However, while many bayous allow for motorized boats, be sure to check with your local authorities or organizations for the rules and regulations for where you wish to anchor 5: Private Lake or Pond Coquinas aren't only for coastal areas! You can anchor your Coquina on a private lake or pond on your property and enjoy the benefits and luxury of water living alongside easy access to land. Effortless expansion, quick and easy off-grid living, unique lifestyle, and even a moat! Having a Coquina on a lake or pond is a great and affordable option for anyone
