We are thrilled to share that Armourcoat Clay Lime Plaster, Clime, has been shortlisted in the Sustainable Design (Building Product) category of the prestigious Dezeen Awards 2023!
Dezeen Awards, in partnership with Bentley Motors, is celebrating outstanding achievements in architecture, interiors, and design from around the globe. From more than 4,800 entries from 94 countries to Dezeen Awards this year, our project is one of 30 sustainability projects that are in the running to win an award later this year in the sustainability categories.
Naturally sustainable, Clime, has achieved IAC Gold status by incorporating abundant natural materials such as unfired clay, marble, limestone, and hydraulic lime making it 100 per cent cement and VOC free, biodegradable and recyclable.
Due to the material's versatility, it can be used in both homes and commercial buildings, withstanding the demands of busy interiors. Clime is beautifully aesthetic, bringing the outside in through its earthy natural pigments and textures. By gaining EPD classification, Armourcoat remains dedicated to its mission to improve the quality of living and working interiors whilst minimising the impact on the environment.
Winners will be announced on Tuesday 28th November.
