There’s something within us… It’s this voice & energy that is hard to describe in words. But it has the power to limit you or tap into your full potential, it just depends on how you let it influence you. Everything starts from within.

One day it will all pay off… Those late nights, early mornings, constant self-doubt. Next to no support emotionally, mentally & physically. Really bring our part of you that you didn’t know existed. As long as you’re trying, you’re ahead of 99% of people…

It’s easier for us to build for others… But why is it hard to build for yourself? There’s a big disconnect between what we do for ourselves & for others. We think only serving others makes us grow, but really it’s focusing more on you that you see your true evolution…

We gotta create our own opportunities. Everything else will fall into place when it’s right. The late nights, early morning, sacrifices, broken relationships, lack of finance will bring out the version of you that is required. It’s deep, I know. We will make it through.

I don’t know what I’m doing, yet I know what I want to do… Each skill you have in combination will help you get what you want. You unlock the rest of the skills or others with the skills you lack. And if you’re on the same vision that’s when we evolve together…

The Journey Within… It’s true though! We focus so much on the external validation of others. Social Media has escalated this and we all need to be aware of this and work on ourselves internally first & foremost. The internal compass is the 🔑

Growth… There’s a part of you that is constantly looking for ways to progress. It’s not only about you doing more, but about what you need to do less of & how to do it well. If this isn’t apart of your conscious, you’ll constantly feel disconnected & burnt out…

You need to focus… You know what needs to be done… You know you shouldn’t be going out when you know work needs to get done… One day you are gonna thank yourself for that, trust me…

Your voice is yours alone… No one else can bring what you do to the table.

Playing it safe weakens you… There’s growth in risk, you discover so much about yourself when you have no safety net. The reward you seek is based on the level of risk you take but be calculated with it Don’t stay in the comfort zone…

A bad day or consecutive bad days doesn’t mean you have a bad life… The short term failures & losses are the catalysts for your growth & evolution. You learn more from your losses than you do your wins. Keep reminding yourself of this every time you have a bad day…

We are too hard on ourselves…. I’m always curious to know the foundation of this. Is it upbringing, society, relationships? Many things form this behaviour. Sometimes, it can be used to fuel growth or a tool of internal destruction. Us being conscious of this is vital…

There is no better feeling than knowing your worth & potential… Many will see this before you & try to play it down so you don’t see it, but you have to look past that. You are your best & worst critic. It’s important for us to let others know their worth & potential too.

Stop comparing your journey to someone else’s! This creates ways to block your own growth & development. Your timing, your process, your experiences, all of it is uniquely yours. Honour that.

Inspiration isn’t something you find, it’s something you create. Stay curious, ask questions, explore new spaces. The more you engage with the world, the more creative fuel you collect. Inspiration is everywhere if you’re paying attention…

Your past does not define your future… Every day is a new opportunity to rewrite your story. You are not bound by old mistakes or missed chances. What you do next is what matters!

If you don’t know it… Study it! Seek answers from those who have experience & expertise in that field. Don’t let excuses steer you away from becoming a percentage better than you are. Learning + Experimenting + Refining = Growth

Your energy introduces you before you even speak! People can feel authenticity, passion & purpose. Focus less on what you say and more on the intention behind it. When you’re authentic, the right opportunities will reveal…

The moment you stop needing external validation, you become unstoppable… Create because you love it, not because you need applause. The right people will connect with your work when it’s made with intention. Keep going even when no one is watching.
