@elpogler @barettorein @benrjtodd I don't see how AW2 releasing on EGS has anything to do with why Valve doesn't release games on EGS.

@Arnor_F @barettorein @benrjtodd Most of the sales for AW2 already happend either on Epic Store or Consoles. Steam wouldn't make enough money anyway. Just check FF7 Reintegrated how that one went :) Reality is that adult people will prefer gaming than looking at Steam.exe file.

"Gamers and developers win by having more options" > Removes Fall Guys & Rocket League from Steam > Refuses to put Alan Wake 2, Alan Wake Remastered and Fortnite on the platform > Won't support Linux so Linux and Steam Deck players can't play their games. Make it make sense.

@barettorein @elpogler @benrjtodd I can't imagine they feel the need to post their games on the Epic Games store. The financial "loss" by not posting there is most likely minimal, and that platform's CEO is always trying to take shots at steam.

@elpogler @Arnor_F @benrjtodd If epic does the same why is fortnite on just about every single store except steam? I thought the egs was created to distribute fornite? Then why put it on consoles? (Also, many valve games have console ports, valve DOES put their games elsewhere)
