I honestly thought I was dreaming when I saw it @arojinle1 followed me back. I had to stop everything and just stare at my screen for a moment. That kind of joy is not loud… it just fills your chest and makes you smile without even realizing it. I feel genuinely honored. Deeply grateful. Excited in a way I can’t even properly explain. It feels like encouragement from someone I truly respect, like a small signal that the effort, the learning, and the consistency are being seen somewhere. My heart is full of gratitude and joy right now. Truly, this means a lot to me. @arojinle1

It's not just anaconda. Most snakes can go for weeks or months without eating. That's why a snake was my first pet ever, as an adult. You don't need to feed them every day. Once in three weeks is okay. They don't poo every day too. Very easy to manage
Tifẹ́@BoluAyos

Fact about this snake is they can go weeks or months without eating and females sometimes eat males after mating and they don’t use venom. I doubt if any snake can defeat this snake.

No. Our ancestors did not have anything specific against owls or black cats. It's just a few people who projected their fear and made it entirely about the Yorùbá people. In fact, all these fear of owls and black cafsstarted after the influx of the Europeans and Arabs. It's not part of our original Yorùbá cultural belief.
REMMY@Oluremii90

They always say that seeing an Ológbò Dúdú (Black Cat) or hearing the cry of an Owl at night brings bad luck in Yoruba culture. But scientifically, these animals are just highly evolved nocturnal apex predators. @Arojinle1, is there a biological reason our ancestors feared their specific hunting habits, or was it purely spiritual branding? Break this down for us, Oluko

@arojinle1 Spot on. People really underestimate how low-maintenance snakes are compared to dogs or cats. No daily feeding, no daily scooping—just a chill, fascinating pet.
