This is a post I’ve dreaded…. but it’s time. The last 3+ years have been difficult within my playing career, as I have fought consistent nerve issues since my head injury in ‘21. I find more joy in helping others vs. helping myself, and it’s time to do that full-time now.

Been keeping up with his transformation all the way from when I first started working at Tread 3 years ago. Brian is an absolute dude. If there’s one thing to take out of this, it’s not just one thing that solved his issues, but a holistic approach to EVERYTHING he was doing.

Being able to self reflect on how far I have come has really helped me make more progress. I’m not trying to jump three steps ahead, rather I am looking to attack the step that’s right in front of my face with everything that I got. 📈

This leads me to where I am today. I have a much healthier mindset with my training. I take each day for what it is. Good, bad, etc., it doesn’t matter to me. What ultimately matters to me is what led up to the session with my intention, and how I processed it after it was over

It can be very easy to get caught up in the day-to-day work to where you lose perspective of where you once were. This is a throw from 2019 compared to today. Not only are these two different throws, these are two very different individuals on how they handled themselves.

@ArowThrows Set a better example for kids dude this is terrible. Do you really think you could do an above average pickoff move from that setup?
