@asad_dzns tried some concepts for this kept the vibe same as instant regret type thumbnail , and you can change the tattoo to more like a meme as no one would tattoo stuff like brain rot and it would give it more sense of a (biggest mistake)

@AceClicks I mean that would be great too! But the one i tried to show is a seen in which guy is standing on the road and the whole city / town is visible, Japanese alley type vibe

@SdotHD tried a couple directions for this , you can also try a different one too like split screen composition , and cruise ship is visible left side: you eating/drinks on the cruise right side: you looking leaner on a scale (-10 lbs).
