Unless you used Vgen Stripe Payment and the artist has the money in their Vgen Wallet, THEN contact support and see if they are able to help you. But Vgen is NOT a payment processor. They just host PayPal and Stripe, that's why PayPal takes its fees on Vgen too. ;w;

Okay, with having issues with an artist before I would like to say Vgen is a middle man for comms. If you have the proper proof you can file a chargeback through PayPal or Stripe(bank), they will work with you. It does really suck but it is NOT Vgen's fault. 1/?
