being a founder is lonely af you'll meet tons of people for networking, building your team, marketing, and fundraising, but the journey is still lonely. I ran a 1000-member community and I still felt the loneliness. @bchesky puts it well - "the world will isolate you into a bubble, completely detaching you from reality. you can lose a sense of yourself and you've to fight every day"

@chrissyfarr We started EC at 3 weeks old and have had an amazing experience. At nearly 5 months old our son only 💩 in the 🚽. Like all parenting choices there are downsides, but I would highly recommend exploring it!

Dr. A is affiliated w hospital B (practice is in a building owned by B).
Patient X goes to Dr. A for an outpatient visit.
Patient X gets a bill from Dr. A (~$350), AND a bill from hospital B (~$600) both for the same CPT code from the same visit.
This makes me wonder...

Patient X picked Dr. A bc they were in-network, how would they discern that Dr. A's hospital affiliation would drive up bill by 3x for outpatient visit?
If X saw Dr. C for the same service at a practice they rented from a non-hosptial landlord this wouldn't have happened.
