@burnoutfighter Defense trials could be a quick band-aid fix to help casuals identify/find answers to common mix-ups? As it is right now, learning strong defense is entirely effort based and requires socializing with another player or learning the intricate pulleys and levers of training mode.

We're seeing a trend where fighting games are (and always have been) about colorful visuals and the ever popular action which appeals to both casuals and competitors. But we noticed that both noobs and pros still have to block the same way and noticed that parries are 'hard'. s/o to @2dJazz

@Chi3fRoss Yeah but that means you're forced into a team comp and need both characters alive. Which is part of the whole tag team game gimmick having advantages/disadvantages. This issue is addressing Ekko doing all of that on his own without even an assist call.

@ArtbyLabrada @KKrule9 @NYChrisG Also tons of mixup characters do this kind of thing, the whole reason so many of them use projectiles as oki tools is to they can beat reversals while still getting mix if the opponent doesn't commit to a reversal. It's not an Ekko specific thing
