The ability to enrich was obliterated, the 60% yellowcake still exist, either in the rubble or moved to another location. Since that event it was discovered Iran was building another enrichment site and during negotiations they admitted to having enough yellowcake to build 11 nuclear bombs, hope that clear things up for you

Iran thoughts: I think it’s clear that if the Iran regime does not fall before the end of epic fury, we will have to finish it off by taking out all of their oil production capabilities, it ensures the regime falls eventually because they will essentially become broke….we can’t leave them with a revenue stream if we really want them out of power
