Charles Rwomushana raised a point on Barometer that I found interesting. That President Museveni, in the '80s made alliances in every part of Uganda including West Nile (Amin's home area) except the Acholi region.
What could have been the possible reason for Museveni's resentment to the Acholi people even before coming into power in 1986 and the subsequent years?

Nuwagaba, who seems to have been recommended to Muhwezi by President Yoweri Museveni, had claimed that he has high skills and expertise to hack into people’s phones and listen to voice calls on social media apps like WhatsApp, Telegram and Signal. He also claimed to have spent years working with the IDF and Mossad and that he was still in contact with them. ISO agreed to meet Nuwagaba and assess his claims. After listening to him, the ISO technical team judged that he was a fraudster and a liar. I'm up and applauding for our intelligence organizations. 👏👏

Since most people are joining running clubs, I thought we’d do something different.
I’m looking for people to start a Book & Movie Club in Entebbe or Kampala.
The idea is simple:
-Read books.
- Watch great films.
- Share meals.
- Have meaningful conversations about life.
We’ll meet every weekend (Friday to Sunday).
I already have a decent collection of books so we’ll build on that. If there’s a hotel, café, or restaurant willing to partner with us by reserving a few shelves for our books and providing a Smart TV for movie screenings over the weekends, I’d love to hear from you.
Everyone is welcome:
-Women and men.
-All races and nationalities.
- The only requirement is that you genuinely love books and movies.

There's a case to be made that:- 1. Mbarara bypass should've been the Iganga-Kakira bypass or dualling 2. Kampala-Jinja e/y should've been priority before the Busega-Mpigi e/y Ofc, all are good. We should have all. One wonders, is it a result of the architecture of the state?

Ssemujju Kassim was attacked by robbers on July 7th. He survived brain surgery at Mulago Hospital but can't speak or walk.
Now at Mengo Hospital he needs physiotherapy yet bills have drained everything. Any donation helps him heal and return to his loved ones.
