@0xgaut @v0 @cursor_ai @grok That’s actually the final step of the downfall of such companies. Taking big risks is not what will save them. They should rather build robustness, by thinking ecosystem instead of performance. That’s actually what they did buying instagram or WhatsApp. Listen to Olivier Hamant.

In 2016 Zuck said the best advice Thiel gave him was “In a world that’s changing so quickly, the biggest risk you can take is not taking any risk.”
A decade later, it’s never been easier to take calculated risks and take action. Tools like @v0, @cursor_ai, @grok, and deep research make it almost trivial to iterate, fail fast, and bet smart.
All you had to do is take risks, and try.

@karrisaarinen Rather sounds like someone who doesn't understand what a MVP is.

Common sense in product building finally coming back. Build something good that someone wants to use, not something for your a/b testing framework

"Burn the idea of MVP. Minimal Viable Product, that is the death zone." - @markpinc the Founder and Executive Chairman of Zynga, offered this advice to founders while visiting the Speedrun stage last week.

Don’t do this until you reach $10k MRR:
> hire employees
> paid ads
> website redesign
> registering a company
> outsource things
> add more features
Why:
> employees can do well defined tasks, but at the beginning almost all tasks need creatively and exploration.
> paid ads work when you know your message and what makes people click.
> redesigning and rebranding is a procrastination technique at the early stages
> taking the business too serious from the legal standpoint is very time consuming. There are plenty of ways to charge customers without creating a biz
> outsourcing development or marketing kills almost every startup that tries it. Cuz those people look at your tasks as yet another boring assignment on their 9-5 job
> adding more features never helps. People don’t use products because of the number of features. They use it because of the few features they really need and love. So better redo the features instead of adding them
I do speak from experience.
Been doing all these mistakes for a decade and failing.
Change my methods in 2022 and had 6 startups reaching PMF since then.

So forward passing is OK now? @rugbyworldcup #FRAvNAM 🤔 unbelievable call from a TMO.
English

@IanG1878 That is actually not how you judge a forward pass (I also thought that for a long time). youtu.be/box08lq9ylg?si…

@ArthurROUGIER Historically, it is precisely a derivative distillation of a whole raft of methods. There is no "the" agile method, and there never has been. It's always been plural.
