Dnipro, an ordinary city in Ukraine, became the center of another alarming event overnight. Russia reportedly launched an intercontinental ballistic missile, likely the RS-26 "Rubezh," weighing 40-50 tons. This missile is primarily designed to carry nuclear warheads. The attack appears to be part of a broader strategy of "power demonstration" and psychological pressure against Ukraine and its people. The use of such a weapon, even without its nuclear payload, escalates fears and highlights the ongoing risks faced by civilian populations amid the war.

Just minutes ago, russia has launched a rocket into the residential building in the center of Dnipro city, destroying the whole section from the very top to the bottom floors. Civilian people lived in that building. There are reports of wounded. Ukraine needs air defenses, and it needs them every single day! Our people and the lives of our people heavily rely on our partner's support.

Russians just now deliberately hit a cafe and killed 48 civilians, wounding other 6 people in the village of Groza, Kupyansky District, Kharkiv Oblast. There is a 6-year-old boy amongst those killed. The number of victims is still counting.

Ukraine and its people are still in desperate need for more air defense and F-16 fighters to defend ourselves.

Few minutes ago, a Russian missile has demolished an apartment block in Dnipro. At least one entrance was destroyed. There are people under the rubble of the apartment block now.
