Gavi is a player that has long confused me. So I finally decided to try and understand him.
He has no obvious best position and no clear specialist quality. And yet...

🚨 BOMBSHELL FROM JAPAN — THEY CAN’T HIDE THIS ANYMORE
Professor Robert Clancy just dropped the receipts:
A massive Japanese study tracking 20 MILLION people found that ALL excess deaths were in the vaccinated group.
The unvaccinated group? ZERO excess deaths. And here’s the killer detail: mortality surges exactly 3 months after every booster — with peak deaths hitting around 100 days post-vaccination.
The pattern is undeniable. In my opinion, they can no longer suppress the information on the COVID vaccine. The data is out. The cover-up is crumbling. The world needs to see this.
@BouafifNour@ThePurist_ Oké, I think is right. Would you like a team like 2011 with all masters of the ball or workers like Gavi? We need a team that is amazing with the ball, that is why we need a midfield with Frenkie, Pedri, Bernal
I was just watching @ThePurist_ new video about Gavi and he said a line that I think perfectly explains what makes Gavi such a special player:
“This is a player that increases your athletic levels, makes you more robust in duels and allows you to become more physically competitive, all without compromising the technical floor of the team.”
That’s exactly what makes Gavi such a rare profile in modern football.
Usually, when a team adds more intensity, aggression, pressing, dueling ability and physicality, there’s a technical sacrifice somewhere. Most physically dominant midfielders struggle under pressure, aren’t clean enough in possession, or limit the fluidity of the team on the ball.
Gavi is one of the very few players who gives you all the athletic and defensive benefits while still fully fitting into a highly technical possession-based system. He raises the intensity of the team without lowering its technical quality, and that combination is extremely difficult to find.
A man took a Nikon P900 on his sunrise flight, to capture what he believes is clear video evidence that our Sun is not 93 million miles away...but VERY close, and local to our Earth.
What do you think - is this proof that NASA lied to us? 🤔☀️
By the way, what’s going on with Frenkie? He’s been out of the squad for two games in a row and didn’t even show up in the stands for Lewandowski’s farewell.
Even if there’s an injury news I missed, it still doesn’t really explain his absence from the stands. Feels a bit strange, no? Or am I missing something?
@SmashSmash29759@BarcaUniversal@sergisoleMD That is in transition, we play 60 procent of the time on the half of the other team. We need a presence in the box, go look Lewandowski his goals. 90 procent is in the box, Joao Pedro is no striker. If you want link up, do Raphinha in the striker position
@Arthurconnects@BarcaUniversal@sergisoleMD Have you seen the mid fielders, wingers in 2024-25 or 25-26 season? How highly they depend on link up play? Due to which ferran was mostly criticised as his touches weren't so good... same goes with oshimen... we don't play too many long balls..
.@sergisoleMD: "João Pedro makes a lot of sense for Barça."
"He is not just a box striker. He can drop, link play, press, take penalties and finish with both feet."
"The price is the issue, but the profile fits what Flick needs: a modern No. 9 who can score, move, create and connect with the wingers."
Joao Pedro - I prefer not to speak
Alvarez - 5 open play goals in La Liga this szn + costs over €100m
Osimhen - also too expensive
Asllani/Muriqi - not good enough
Who do we even replace Lewandowski with?
@BarcaUniversal@mundodeportivo Dude it was 11 mil fucking one year ago, Ansu salary and transfer is more, lewandowski is 25 mil in salaries. How much more? Is it even real?
❗️Silver lining: Lewandowski's departure will bring Barcelona much closer to the 1:1 financial fair play rule due to his high salary.
— @mundodeportivo
🚨 Barça expect to start the summer under La Liga’s 1:1 rule.
Robert Lewandowski’s departure will free around €24m gross from the salary bill.
The club also has the €71m from VIP seats recognized by the auditor and the growth of the Spotify Camp Nou.
Only an unexpected setback would stop Barça from entering the market in the 1:1 rule and a much stronger financial position.

@Arthurconnects@BarcaUniversal@sergisoleMD Comeon man, eto isn't playing for barcelona right now.. you need to see what's the system that barcelona plays in "currently" and who would be the perfect fit in it
@Arthurconnects@BarcaUniversal@sergisoleMD Barca system requires a lot of link up play.. passing, touches, play making etc.. oshimen is lethal physical poacher striker, but he cannot contribute much if he doesn't have good link up play.. take example of Lewandowski... he was also a good link up player as well as poacher
@Kingdavyd801@SirLeoBDasilva That’s what Arteta wanted to do before Garcia ended up signing for Barca becoz Garcia knew he’s going to b a back up goalkeeper for David Raya.just imagine what would have happened had it been the deal was successful Garcia instead of Kepa for cup games this season.
@Arthurconnects@BarcaUniversal@sergisoleMD First of all oshimen completely lacks in technical play... while if you see Pedro he has every quality required... vlahovic lacks touches passes defensive workrate.. it's the system of chelsea that's currently frustrating Pedro.. @BarcaUniversal
@IvarTalksBarca Do we need him? Is he so much better than Ferran? We should go for Vlahovic if we can not buy Osimhen, go for a striker next year. Cancelo, Bernardo, Grimaldo, Vlahovic, and I would go all out in Barcola
