@Krazcarr @mrowvis This applies to literally half the hero roster. Pharah, widow, tracer, Ana, Mauga, Orisa, Ball, Doom, etc. These all have some form of annoyance in their kit that hinders the game unless you counter them. Only difference is JetPackCat is easily punishable if you just AIM.

@mrowvis If the only way you can deal with a hero is to counter swap directly to something that counters it (which none of her counters can actually deal with her specific issues) the. The character is badly designed and breaks the game fundamentally.
