@canniiii_s Hi. The international shipping availability of physical items on Artist Alley depends on where the individual seller chooses to support shipping to. You can usually check the item's page to see where it can be shipped, but you can message the seller to double check if needed.

Pre-orders are now officially supported on Artist Alley! Sellers can now check a brand new option while creating a new listing. After customers have pre-ordered the item, sellers will see the option to request a payout of funds to use for the item's production.

Preorders are now officially supported on Artist Alley! Until now, if you had a preorder listing, you had to DM me directly to get your settlements manually overridden and released so that you could begin production with the money that your customers paid. But now, this feature is officially enabled on Artist Alley! All you have to do is check this box while creating your premade fixed-price physical listing, and when you start getting preorders in from your customers, you'll see an option to request a payout, which will then get reviewed by an admin (to make sure the order isn't an obvious scam) and released. Please do not mark a listing as a preorder if you already have the item you're selling on hand; this is ONLY for items that you DO NOT yet have on hand. If you had already created a preorder listing prior to today, just proceed with the orders as normal and DM me for assistance in getting your settlements released. By default, physical orders only settle the moment the carrier picks up the shipment, so preorders from before today will have to be settled manually by me if you need the money to begin production.
