🌸 There are lots of puns for paper, but most of them are pretty darn tearable. Anyhoo, we’ve got some pictures of the paper/scrapbook room and the paper is looking pretty sharp thanks to our employee, Sasha. She’s pretty incredible! 💝

Art of Recycle’s Resident Starving Artist, Billy Bones, has been yarning to tell you how fabulous AoR’s yarn collection is. Great prices on yarn, as well as knitting and crochet books! Open to the public 9-6 Monday thru Friday. 9-3 on Saturdays.

Ohhh so now apparently my husband and I are bad people and shouldn’t be around children…for being immunocompromised & wearing masks (we’d worn masks there many times before & hadn’t ever had any issues until yesterday). WTF?

We have lots of sewing machines going out on the sales floor, prices starting at $10. Machines have been tested and are in working condition, unless otherwise say. We have a few models that need work. Many more to come over the next few weeks!

This little sassy girl appeared in our back parking lot the other day. We’re putting her to work, but first we need a name. Any thoughts?

During the weekdays you can always find volunteers helping out in AoR’s bookstore. They’re very friendly, you can pop a seat and chat with them while sorting through our 10 cent greeting cards or 25 cent magazines, or while you wait for your spouse to finish shopping! Go team!

@adriel_rose So, the @ArtofRecycle not only openly violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (masks are a covered accommodation, like wheelchairs) but the are apparently scientifically illiterate? Is no one following this hantavirus emergency? Isn’t that teaching people anything?
