Den Haag rekent zich rijk, maar beleggers rekenen terug. De nieuwe box 3-belasting wordt verkocht als eerlijker, maar voor veel beleggers voelt het als een fiscale aanval op papieren winst die nog nooit op hun rekening is beland. En precies daar begint het probleem: wie jaarlijks moet afrekenen over niet-gerealiseerde koerswinsten, gaat nadenken over uitwegen. BV-structuren, buitenlandse allocatie, minder beleggen in privé of zelfs vertrek uit Nederland: wat Den Haag wegwuift als onwaarschijnlijk, wordt onder beleggers steeds serieuzer besproken.
