180,000 people applied. Only 720 made it… and I’m one of them. I won’t even lie, this journey wasn’t easy. There were moments I felt tired and unsure, but I kept going. Seeing how far I’ve come, I’m just really grateful. Proud of myself, and ready for everything that comes next.

Big congratulations to me! 🎓 The Banking School journey has been rigorous but truly formative, and I’m so grateful for the experience. Meeting the Chairman today made it even more special, it reaffirmed that this is the perfect place to build my career. I’m especially inspired by the growth opportunities here, seeing so many contract staff transition into full-time roles. It’s reassuring to know that there’s room to grow for all of us, including fresh graduates like me. Congratulations to me and my fellow graduates, the sky is just our starting point! ✨

On Thursday was remarkable and still feels unreal. My highlight of the event was meeting and asking the Group chairman a personal question, which he answered with so much poise and grace. I Co-presented an AI solution, laughed, met great people. I'm so grateful🙏 🫡

And I made it through the UBA GMAP Programme. A wholesome experience for me. Looking forward to the journey ahead.
