AI IS NOT WHAT YOU THINK Let me explain it with the help of a story Mowgli lived in a big den alone All the animals in the jungle were friends with Mowgli Everybody was living peacefully but, One day mowgli was coming back to den, when he heard a loud voice "I will eat you, I am the king of this jungle, I can also eat lion" Everyone including the lion was fearful Finally all the animals & Mowgli decided to go in together & gave a final warning "We all are coming inside, you won't be spared, come out yourself & we will leave you" Finally what they saw coming out was a RAT ! (whose voice was getting amplified in the den) In current world the Rat is a LLM and some orange guys who want high valuations for their loss making startups, and keep shouting loudly that AI will eat Software, no need of humans, mass unemployment In reality what comes out of the den is a RAT 😂

All those high growth investors who get hounded by positive cash flow cashing guys, please remind naysayers that negative cash flow is often feature not bug of a high growth phase. And many a time positive cash flow also shows either due to size or other factors, exceptional high growth not possible anymore. A company can only grow upto X % via internal accrual and still have positive cash flow. Any growth more than X will result into negative cash flow and might require additional debt or equity funding. Where X = PAT Margin % * ( 365 / cash conversion cycle in days) CCC = DIO + DSO - DPO DIO (Days Inventory Outstanding): Average time it takes to turn inventory into sales DSO (Days Sales Outstanding): Average time it takes to collect cash from customers DPO (Days Payable Outstanding): Average time it takes to pay suppliers for goods
